With the addition of Russell Wilson at QB, Wisconsin has become a national title contender this year. However, he does not do it alone. The Wisconsin Badgers have a great running game once again this year lead by the powerful Montee Ball at running back. He is becoming very well known around college football circles and is getting some pro scouts to notice him as well.

As usual the Badgers have a solid offensive line and really can open up some big holes for Ball to run through. Their defense is solid once again so it will be a question of handling the team speed of the faster teams in the nation. Many think they can run the table and hopefully win a trip to the BCS title game.
That is still a ways off though as a tough game with Michigan State is right around the corner. After handling Michigan a loss last weekend the Spartans have quite a bit of momentum going and could provide the Badgers some real problems. Being strong on defense and being able to not turn the ball over is the way to beat Wisconsin. They make few mistakes so it takes a near perfect game to be able to beat them.
With their title hopes on the line, Wisconsin will be ready to play and will not take Mich. St. lightly. While it will be a close football game, I think Wisconsin’s offense is just too good to hold down for the whole game. Nebraska could not do it and I do not think any one else in the Big Ten can do it either.
It may still take some help for Wisconsin to find themselves in the title game though. With two good SEC teams and a few more undefeated teams in front of them, it may take a few more losses before they control their own destiny.
