You know I see people walking around all the time with cut off arms of jerseys and think it really looks bad. Just grabbing a shirt and cutting off the arms does not make is a good sleeveless shirt. It just looks trashy to me, but I guess if style is not what you are going for then it is okay.
You do not have to settle for makeshift stuff though as there are many places to order quality sleeveless jerseys and have them look good enough to wear to the stadium or ballpark of your choice. You do not have to buy the most expensive either, as many stores have cheap prices and are looking for make some deals right now.
There are many advantages to not having any sleeves. One, they are much cooler in the summer time and allow you to get some airflow on your body to help cool off. Also, they allow more movement when playing sports such as basketball or softball. Some people feel restricted with shirts on but you cannot take your shirt off everywhere you play sports so the sleeveless look is great for those times.
Most stores or shops carry these and some even have logos of NFL, NBA, MLB or college sports teams that you like. These may cost a bit more than a generic replica one, but it is all in what you want. Some material wicks moisture away and that could cost more too. There are many choices out there so you should check out what there is to offer.
I never really wore these because I like the traditional thin cotton t shirt when I am playing sports outside, but some of my buddies love these things and always have one on during the hot summer days when you have to go inside to cool off.
